The Workload Map is a short, fixed-price engagement. We talk to the people doing the work, look at the tools they use, and come back with a clear picture of what's costing you the most time and what to fix first.
What happens
- A kick-off call to agree which parts of the business we're looking at.
- Short sessions with the people doing the work, one process at a time.
- A review of the software you already use and how information moves between it.
- A walkthrough of what we found, with time for questions.
What you get
- A map of how the work runs today, including the steps nobody wrote down.
- An estimate of the hours each process takes per week or month, and where delays and double handling are reaching your customers.
- A shortlist of fixes, ranked by time saved against effort and cost.
- A recommendation on what to do first, including anything you can fix yourselves without us.
